Its not all sight seeing

20 April 2009 2 Comments

A trip of this nature needs to have a lot of variety to keep it interesting and to prevent burning out. It would be very easy to just go from one place to the next, seeing all the famous sights, but thats not for me. I think that would become very repetitive and would feel like I was doing little more than ticking things off a list. I want something more from this trip. I want to learn about the culture and history of the countries I visit, meet the local people and see how they live, see animals in their natural environment and to mix things up a bit, I want to try lots of sports in the worlds best locations for them. Although I will obviously need some down time, I’ve already got a growing list of sports and locations:

Thats just off the top of my head. In addition to that, I’m sure that there will be a lot of cycling along the way, in some countries its the best way to get about, and I’ll be hiring skates whenever I get the opportunity!

If you go to Argentina, I highly recommend you to contact these guys: http://www.soloaventura.com.ar/

They are located in Merlo, San Luis, Argentina. The place is amazing and they will show you around.
They have climbed most of the highest mountains and opened new routes to the top of couple of them. You will see some hidden treasures there.

Feel free to contact me or contact Pedro Strelin (email on website). I’m from Argentina and can help you out if you need.

    Good luck in your trip!!
