Vaccinations

Vaccinations at Monklands Travel Clinic

The downside to going on a trip like this is the sheer number of vaccinations that I need to get! The list currently stands at Cholera, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningitis, Rabies, Tetanus, Diptheria and Polio combined, Typhoid, and Yellow Fever. That list is just from my own research, so I will be checking with the doctor soon to make sure I haven’t missed any. A few of these are available for free from the NHS, but the majority I need to pay for and they don’t come cheap. The bill for the vaccinations is pushing the £500 mark! Along with visas, vaccinations are one of the most important things I need to sort out over the next few months.
